But at no time will Clients incorporate contents or links containing: pornography, nudity, sex, adult content material, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal or fraud. Contents made by the clients stored in Database, html files, pictures and images are solely owned by the Client.
Cost of Service
WebXinteractive.com offers its System Packages with cost subject to change.
Advertising
The right to place paid or sponsored advertising within the Client's Web Site is the exclusive right of the Client.
Rules
WebXinteractive.com reserves the sole right to amend, update and change the terms and conditions of the Service without prior notice. In addition to the Services provided herein, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above and subsequently amended and you assume full responsibility for the content of your web site and hereby indemnify and hold WebXinteractive.com harmless from any and all damages either direct or consequential arising out of your web site. Furthermore, you understand and agree that WebXinteractive.com has the right to notify the client of items in their web site posted against its policies. By creating your web site using WebXinteractive.com System, you agree to all these conditions.
